More Problems

Using the integers from 1 to 9. Place one integer in each of the circles, so that the sum along each side of the triangle is 20. Use each number only once.

Use the same numbers to obtain a sum of 17 along each side.
What other sums are possible along each side?

to people who have not yet gotten any of the triangles yet, write all the numbers down and draw a line to a point to the top and bottoms with numbers adding up 20,17 or any other number you are trying.then for your second one you use 3 numbers not used and 1 that was used (that is the top of the pyramid. put the last two numbers on the bottom and move the 3 free numbers on both sides around until all sides add up to what you are trying for.

I didn't take me awhile to do the 1st problem

one tip: put a side the 9,8 and 7. because they're the bigger numbers. so you wouldnt get stuck between finding numbers.

tip: do not put big numbers together in the same group of side or else it would be impossible to find an answer. :D

i finished the 20 part : i put the prime numbers on the corners . now try figuring it out ;) im now gonna try the 17 .
