Todays Problem


A waitress had always used 4 straight cuts to cut a cylinder of cheese inot 8 identical pieces. One day, she realized that she could do it only 3 straight cuts! How did she do it?

    1. Cut it into two cylinders.
    2. Stack them up and cut in half.
    3. Cut again into quarters.
